Revocation of Registration Data
Participants in clinical research conducted by the Kosmoscience Group may choose to withdraw from our database at any time, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law).
Data revocation cannot proceed while the requester is participating in an ongoing study. Please try again once the study has ended.
We collect some data to help identify you. Please complete the form using the same information as in your registration (name, email, and CPF).
Deletion must be requested through the deletion form.
Submitting the form will result in the following changes:
- Permanent, irreversible deletion of all the requester’s data.
- Removal of access to the app and participant portal.
- Cancellation of all notifications via the app.
