Kosmoscience is a research center that conducts studies to evaluate cosmetic and dermatological products, as well as other products related to health and well-being. Studies are conducted by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable protocols and ethical requirements.

All studies have criteria and procedures designed to protect participants. However, no study can be considered completely free of risks or discomfort. All relevant information is therefore explained before the study begins, and the team supports participants throughout the study.

Anyone interested in learning about opportunities to participate may register. Children and adolescents may participate only in specific studies, with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

A complete profile helps the team identify studies that are more compatible with your characteristics. Changes in health, medications, cosmetic procedures, address, phone number or availability may affect this assessment.

Invitations may be sent through the app, WhatsApp or other official Kosmoscience channels. Keep your details up to date and check your messages regularly.

This may happen when:

• Your profile is incomplete or out of date.
• There are no compatible studies at the moment.
• Your age group or other characteristics do not meet current criteria.
• A body area is temporarily unavailable because of another study.
• A waiting period between studies must be observed.
• The team could not reach you using your registered contact details.

Not receiving invitations does not mean that your registration has been deleted.
